We totally understand that things change, and if you’re thinking about canceling your membership, here are a few quick (but important) things to know:
- If you signed up directly through our website you’ll need to cancel your membership from your Musora account settings on our website.
- If you joined through the App Store or Google Play the cancellation has to be done through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We’re not able to make changes for subscriptions purchased via a third party.
- Looking for something temporary? Pausing might suit your needs!
TIP: Don’t delete your account before canceling your membership. Once an account is deleted we can’t bring it back, and we won’t be able to process any cancellation or recover your details.
Step-by-Step Cancellation Instructions
Step 1: In the upper right-hand corner, click your profile picture
Step 2: From the drop-down menu select "Account"
Step 3: Go to your "Account Details" on the website
Step 4: Scroll down to locate your membership details and select the "Manage Subscription" option:
Step 5: Scroll down to locate your membership details and select the "Cancel Subscription" option
Step 6: Click "Cancel Membership" (Need something temporary? Pausing might be a better option.)
Step 7: Select a reason for cancelling your subscription and then click "Next"
Step 8: On successful completion of these steps, you will see "Re-Activate"

Mobile App Subscriptions
For our mobile app members who made their purchase through the:
- Google Play Store, please follow the cancellation steps outlined by Google HERE.
- Apple App Store: f you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, follow the steps indicated by Apple HERE.
