How Do I Cancel My Membership


We are sorry to see you go! If you'd like to take a break without losing your progress, streak, or saved favourites, you can pause your membership here for up to 3 months instead of cancelling.

How to Pause my Membership

If you still wish to cancel, please select the method you used to sign up below:


Option 1: Cancelling a Website Subscription

If you purchased your membership directly through our website, you can cancel instantly from your account dashboard.


Step 1: Navigate to Settings, located in the bottom left of your screen.

Step 2: Click on the Membership & Purchases tab.

Step 3: Click on Manage Subscription and, once the following menu loads, click on Cancel Subscription (located at the bottom of the menu).

Step 4: Once the sidebar opens, you have two options: to either Pause or Cancel your subscription (See THIS FAQ to Find Out How to Pause your Subscription).

Step 5: If the offers to pause your subscription don't interest you, navigate through the menus until you reach the final screen. To finish cancelling your subscription, click Confirm Cancellation.


Option 2: Cancelling an Apple App Store Subscription (iOS)

If you started your membership through our iPhone or iPad app, your billing is securely handled by Apple. Musora cannot cancel or refund these subscriptions directly.

How to cancel on your Apple device:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the very top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap your Musora (or Pianote/Drumeo/Guitareo/Playbass) subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. (If you don't see this button, it is already cancelled.

Option 3: Cancelling a Google Play Store Subscription (Android)

If you started your membership through our Android app, your billing is securely handled by Google. Musora cannot cancel or refund these subscriptions directly.

How to cancel on your Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
  4. Select your Musora (or Pianote/Drumeo/Guitareo) subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the brief on-screen prompts to confirm.

Important note about deleting your account


Please make sure to follow the cancellation steps above before deleting the Musora app or your profile. Deleting your login info doesn't automatically stop automated payments from Apple, Google, or your bank. Cancelling your subscription first ensures you won't be charged again.
