🌍 Will It Work Worldwide?
Yes! The Prima includes an auto-switching power supply (110V–240V) and comes with plug adapters for your region. No need to buy anything extra. Just choose the right plug, connect, and play.
📱 How Does Bluetooth Work?
The Bluetooth audio feature allows you to stream music or lessons directly from your device through the Prima’s speakers or headphones, perfect for playing along with lessons on Pianote or your favorite music app.

Absolutely, and beyond! We designed the Prima with learning and lasting value in mind:

❓ Do I Need to Use Pianote With the Prima?
Nope! While the Prima pairs wonderfully with Pianote, it’s a standalone digital piano that works well with any learning platform, or just for your own creative play.

- Free shipping is available within the U.S.
- International orders receive discounted shipping (not free).
- Shipping costs appear at checkout after entering your address.
- Customs & Duties Sales tax is included at checkout, but customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered and vary by country.
- Note: Our standard “Free Shipping Over $150” offer does not apply to the Pianote Prima.

We offer a 90-Day Guarantee. If you need to return your Prima, stand, or bench, here’s what to know:
- Return shipping is non-refundable and your responsibility. We are not able to provide return labels.
- Items must be sent back in original packaging and resalable condition.
